Here’s a healthy snack …

They taste like a peanut butter cookie, but they are so good for you!

1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup of honey
1 tbsp of vanilla extract

Mix together and chill in the fridge for 10-20 minutes then roll into little balls.
