Dr. Axe’s Coconut Flour Pancakes Recipe

Total Time: 20 minutesServes: 2
INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs
1 cup applesauce
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup coconut sugar
dash cinnamon
1 cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit for 5 minutes, adding more coconut milk if needed.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
Add butter or coconut oil to skillet and fry pancakes, flipping after about 3 minutes on one side.
