Dr Axe’s Baked Vegetable Fries Recipe

Total Time: 45 minutes  Serves: 2-4
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rutabega
1 cup carrots
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup onion
1 cup portabello mushrooms
ghee or coconut oil
2-4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut vegetables into thin long strips
Coat in ghee or Coconut oil. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes
