Dr Axe’s Kale Chips

Kale Chips Recipe
Total Time: 15 minutes  Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch kale, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop kale into 1/2 inch pieces.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and massage the oil, lemon juice and sea salt into the kale using your hands.
Place on parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 12 minutes.
